Adding Shoot Days
Creating a Shoot Day will allow you to build a detailed event that can be shared with your team to keep everyone up to date on important details of the shoot.
To add a shoot day, select the Shoot Activity folder and click Add Day 1.
On the next form, you can select a location for the shoot. The location drop down will be pre-populated with locations that have been approved in the Location Activity folder.
If there are no locations in the drop down, go to the Location Activity folder and make sure you have approved locations.
Next, select the date of the shoot. If the shoot will be multiple days, you can create additional shoot days after you've completed this shoot day, by returning to the Activity folder and clicking Add Day 2.
Next, select roles for the shoot. The roles drop down will be pre-populated with roles that have been approved in the Casting Activity folder.
If there are no roles in the drop down, go to the Casting Activity folder and make sure you have approved roles.
Select the Start Time and End Time. If you have specific Client On Set and Meal Break times you can add them here as well.
Enter the address for the shoot. Select the address from the autofill menu to populate the map.
Lastly, enter any parking details if necessary.
If you need to add more locations to a shoot day, click the Add Location button to the right of the form to add additional locations.
Once you've finished, click Done to create the Shoot Day.
Finally, if you need to add more Shoot Days, return to the Shoot Activity folder and click Add Day 2.
Viewing Shoot Days
Your Shoot Day will now be created. Your team can now easily view all of the details for the Shoot Day including the schedule, weather, map and more.
Clicking on the Get Directions button will provide the user with directions from their current location.
You can also view photos of the approved location and cast.
If you want to switch between different locations within a Shoot Day, just click the Location Names along the top of the Shoot Day.
