Learn how to add Phases in order to organize your project.
What are Phases?
Phases are the building blocks of your project. Think of phases like different sections in your project binder. They allow you to structure your project based on the various phases the project will need to go through in order to reach completion.
When creating phases, you can select from our suggestions, or create your own custom phases. For example, in a video production you may choose broad phases such as Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production. Or perhaps you prefer to break down the phases by department and create phases such as Budget, Script, Casting, Art, Location, Shoot and Edit.
Regardless of how you choose to structure your project, phases enable you to upload assets, create events and invite team members to specific phases in order to keep everything in your project organized.

You can reorder your phases at any time by simply dragging and dropping them within the sidebar.
You can edit your phases at any time by clicking the Phase and then clicking the Three Dot Menu that appears next to the Phase name, and then clicking Edit Phase.
You can also access this option with the Three Dot Menu in the top right of the phase folder.
